After receiving the product, we repair the repaired part immediately and send it back to you.
WE RECOMMEND OPTIONS 2 – Purchase without a deposit – we send you a refurbished product, and in return
we receive a worn, damaged product from you. This course of action ensures a quick time
order fulfillment.
Delivery options apply – remanufactured / unavailable products:
Option 1 – No deposit. I send my own turbocharger / actuator – after selecting this option and
After placing the order, we will wait for you to send the parts for repair. After receiving
the product, we repair it immediately and send the repaired part back to you.
Option 2 – No deposit. Collection of the damaged part by courier (package prepared) – after
selecting this option and placing the order, we order a courier to collect your parts for repair.
The courier for the next working day, when arriving, sticks the generated bill of lading and collects it
a package prepared in advance by you. After receiving the product, we will repair and immediately
we send the repaired part back to you.
Option 3 – No deposit. Pickup of the damaged part by courier (package not prepared) – after
selecting this option and placing the order, we will order a courier for collection
your parts to repair.
Instruction:
– the courier will deliver the packaging for the ordered product,
– there is a consignment note inside the package
– remove the bill of lading
– put the part to be repaired
– seal the packaging carefully for transport
– stick the bill of lading
– the courier takes the packaging
After receiving the product, we repair the repaired part immediately and send it back to you.

HOW TO GET A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT:

2. The following information should be attached to the shipment:
– name and surname or company data – the buyer
– bank account number to which the deposit is to be returned,
– the amount of the deposit that has been paid.
The reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of delivery
back to our headquarters.
